We know that, within our Universe, life can only appear/exist on some planets. And exist as long as there is an environment which is not too hot or too cold. It all depends on the ‘’life’’ cycle of the star of the planet. And the favourable conditions does not last for ever.
Therefore, when life appears, it will disappear as well.
Once we have accepted to die, there is no more problem !
We can then live with peace in mind.
And concentrate on how we can be useful to the other living & non-living beings, during the time we are able to do it.
