The cage has familial, social, and cultural elements.
Within the Cultural item, faith also is a contributor.
The Bible places men first. Women standing by their side.

I prefer the Animist vision of the world :
All living & non-living Beings deserve equal Respect.
Mankind is at the same level and among other living & non-living Beings.
Unfortunately, our ‘’vision’’ destroyed almost all their cultures.
