It would appear that, from the very beginning, Rheodor Herzl’s Zionist Project was Colonial (as he declared himself). i.e. a Jewish State (where the indigenous population will be moved away, and will have lower rights)

But they decided to move forward with the Project under the “false nose” of a Refuge State Project, which guarantees full equality between all citizens. So, we had the Balfour Declaration, the UN Resolution 181, AND also the DEclaration of Independance of the State of Israel.

Of course, there was (and still is) a full collusion with Western countries.
