Feeling guilty for an inappropriate reaction to injustice is indeed a form of self-hate.

Still, there is the (unlikely ?;-) hypothesis where Gods only are human concepts.

If people renounce to demand justice now, because they believe they will get it in a (hypothetical?) « second eternal life » >>>> means in practice, within their first life, that they will voluntarily stand as subjugated people. >>>> which will strengthen the dominant side >>>> the suffering will never end.

Standing together and fighting for justice is the way forward. Preferably legally.
