Earth likely to warm more than 2 degrees this century
Les objectifs de la COP 21 sont OK.
Mais il n’y a pas d’outils de suivi des réalisations.
Aussi, les moyens mis en œuvre sont très largement insuffisants.
Pour y arriver, il faudrait une REVOLUTION « immédiate » des modes de vie.
Mais ça, on ne sait pas faire.
Alors, on continue : COP 23 en Allemagne, COP 24 en Pologne, etc
