I think that there is NO CHANGE for the US behaviour.
Indeed, we act on the effects of the problems, NOT on the causes of the problems. And this behaviour is widespread. It concerns ALL areas.
It would be interesting to understand WHY we behave in this way, in order to act structurally on the roots of our problems.
