Many things have two sides. To be fair, both should be considered. Pollutions are everywhere. The poors are getting poorer whilst the rich are getting richer. Violences, injustices & humiliation are growing everywhere. Armed conflicts are becoming “necessary” to control resources and land.
What is the purpose of Capitalism ? To improve Civilization ? How can people improve through an Economic System which has no built-in moral values ?
Also, is it not very arrogant of us to consider that our values are the sole which are worth promoting ? We have the power, so we do push them through. But Native people all over the world live with very different Values. And they consider that their way of life is the only worth living. But they do not measure Happiness with an “world average” GDP index…
