Bent on starting a war ?

The minute NK dictator knows that NK could be destroyed if he started a war with China or the US. I don’t think he cares much about his people. But he knows that the first target would be his person…

What he really wants/ needs is recognition. Some signal, some measure which demonstrates to the world that he exists.

Also, as NK is a buffer-State for China, one should not unnecessarily make so that China loses face.

There are many non-childish ways to address the issue…
