A “.. provocation ..” you said. But, is it a provocation ? How can we know ?

I am not saying that Russia is virgin. But are there other less straight-forward reasons ?

If someone says that he believes that I punched someone in the face, someone will investigate the allegations. I will be presumed innocent until a judge will consider that I am guilty. Even if declared guilty, I will be allowed to appeal against the judgment.
